Creation of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of all accounts and forfeiture of balances.

jago61 accepts deposits via major Indonesian banks including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, and Bank Danamon, as well as Indonesian e-wallets such as OVO, DANA, GoPay, and ShopeePay. All deposits must be made from a bank account or e-wallet registered in Your own legal name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 unless otherwise specified in promotional terms. Deposits are typically processed instantly.
Withdrawal requests must be made to a verified Indonesian bank account registered in Your name. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. jago61 aims to process withdrawals within 1-24 hours, subject to verification requirements and banking processing times. jago61 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing large withdrawals or if suspicious activity is detected.
jago61 does not charge withdrawal fees under normal circumstances. However, excessive withdrawal requests (more than 3 per day) may incur administrative fees at jago61's discretion. Daily withdrawal limits may apply based on Your Account verification level and activity history. Maximum single withdrawal amounts and daily limits will be communicated via Your Account dashboard.
jago61 is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing. All deposits must be wagered at least one (1) time before withdrawal. jago61 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any Account and may request source of funds documentation. Suspicious transactions will be reported to relevant authorities as required by Indonesian law.

By accepting a bonus, You agree to comply with all associated terms. Accounts with no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months are considered inactive. jago61 reserves the right to charge a monthly maintenance fee of Rp 50,000 on inactive accounts until the balance is depleted or the Account is closed. You will be notified via email before any fees are applied.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to Your use of jago61 services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Indonesia.
In the event of any dispute between You and jago61, You agree to first contact our customer support team to attempt an amicable resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support within thirty (30) days, You may escalate the matter to formal mediation or legal proceedings as permitted by Indonesian law.
You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against jago61.
